1. Vegan Pancakes

Do you like pancakes? If yes, then you would surely love this vegan pancake. This delicious pancake has no eggs and dairy products. To prepare vegan pancakes, you would need salt, almond milk, vinegar, coconut oil, cane sugar, unbleached flour, and baking powder.

Add salt, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl. Take another bowl and mix soy milk, vinegar, and whisk it well. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes and add coconut oil to it. Mix until it turns smooth and has no lumps. Grease the pan with the coconut oil and pour the batter onto the cooking surface. Flip the pancake carefully and cook it until the other side of the pancake is cooked.

2. Vegan Cinnamon French Toast

Vegan French Toast could be a perfect treat for the weekend. It is flavorful and delicious as well. Take maple syrup, blueberries, almonds, cinnamon, rice milk, a few white bread slices, icing sugar, vanilla extract, and gram flour. Take a pan and heat the maple syrup and blueberries until they start to pop and release their juices. Now, mix the flour, milk, cinnamon, and almonds in a bowl.

Take a frying pan and heat a little oil. Now, take the bread and dip it into the milk mixture. Fry the bread until it turns brown. Serve the bread with blueberries on top and dust it with the icing sugar. This vegan toast would be loved by your kids.

3. Summer Porridge

This summer porridge would be loved by all. It is easy to make and is prepared in no time. You would need almond milk, blueberries, chia seeds, oats, pomegranate seeds, maple syrup, and mixed seeds.

Blend the milk, blueberries, and maple syrup. Take a bowl and add chia seeds and oats into it.

Pour the blueberry mix and stir it well. Let it sit for 5 minutes and stir it occasionally. Now divide the mix into two parts.

Add fruits over the top and sprinkle the mixed seeds. Keep the mix in the fridge for a day and add more toppings before you serve.

4. Sunshine Smoothie

Energize yourself with a sip of sunshine smoothie. This is a low-fat smoothie and also a tasty breakfast to start your day. Take nearly 500ml chilled carrot juice, fresh pineapple, two bananas, a piece of ginger, cashew nuts, and lime. Blend all the ingredients until the mix turns smooth.

Drink this healthy drink whenever you want. You could also keep this smoothie in a fridge for a day if you want to drink it later. This smoothie could also be prepared on different occasions like Easter Sunday and Christmas.

5. Orange and Mint Salad

This vegan breakfast could be prepared in 15 mins and is a favorite recipe for every mother. Kids who do not like eating fruits find this orange and mint salad a perfect recipe for their lunch box.

This salad is prepared by taking oranges, a few pieces of dates, finely chopped mint leaves, and rosewater. Remove the white pith of oranges and peel them. Place the oranges in a bowl and add dates, chopped mint, and rosewater. Gently toss the mix and then divide the salads into different serving bowls. Garnish the salad with mint leaves and serve.
